What happens if my credit card declines during my subscription renewal?
If your card declines when we attempt to charge it on billing day, our system automatically retries to charge your card up to 5 times over the following 3 weeks. If no retry is successful, your subscription will be cancelled automatically. If your payment method has changed, be sure to update it at your earliest convenience.
If your subscription is cancelled as a result of us being unable to charge your card, you must resubscribe in order to be able to continue receiving boxes.
Pausing your subscription after the billing date may still result in a charge.
