How do I reactivate my subscription?

When your subscription is cancelled you cannot reactivate the subscription. The subscription reaches it's end-of-life once it is cancelled. You must subscribe or resubscribe to a subscription plan to continue receiving boxes. Any applied discounts or promotions applied to the previous subscription are lost once it is cancelled.

To resubscribe, please follow the following steps:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click "Subscribe" from the top menu/navigation.
  3. Select a subscription plan.
  4. Complete the checkout process.

You do not need to create a new account to resubscribe.
