How does Choice work?
When it's time for Choice, you will get an email with a link to a quiz allowing you to customize your box. Please remember that Choice is available on a first-come, first-serve basis - while supplies last.
When you receive your Choice email, we advise that you pick your choices as soon as possible because some products get sold out very quickly - possibly within minutes. The email you receive will take you to a multiple-choice style quiz asking you to pick between products (and sometimes shades). Be sure to finish the quiz to lock in your choices.
You may change your choices at anytime - while supplies last - and while the choice window is open.
Do not choose products/shades that are marked as "Sold Out" because more than likely, our team will make a choice for you based on your preferences. You have to remember that the products/shades are marked as "Sold Out" because other people picked them before you. So, while we understand that it is frustrating to miss out on the products you prefer, that is inherently the nature of subscription boxes.
