Can I get a refund for my order?

Once you have been billed for a new subscription activation or renewal, we are not able to offer a refund, return, or exchange. All orders are non-refundable and considered final at the time they are placed.

If an item in your box is missing or damaged, we're happy to replace it.

If something needs to be replaced, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll be happy to help!

Replacements are subject to our replacement policy.
