I received the wrong Choice item in my box

If you received the wrong item than what you picked during Choice in your box please contact us and a team member will be there to assist you. Keep in mind that if you picked an item that was marked as "Sold Out" at the time you made your choice then it wouldn't be included in your box and an alternative item would have been chosen for you based on your beauty preferences.
