If you can't get into your account because you forgot your password. You can reset your password.

1. Visit chicbeautybox.com/login (You can find this from the homepage by clicking on the "Account" icon.)  
   
2. Click "forgot password"
   
3. Enter your Chic Beauty Box email address or phone number, then click “Send me the code”. We’ll send you an email or SMS with a Recovery code. Data rates may apply if you choose to use the SMS option.
   
4. Enter the recovery code in the dialog box, then click "Continue".
   
5. If the code you entered is verified, you will be prompted to change your password.
   
6. Enter your new password, then click "Reset password".
   

Your Recovery code is valid for 30 minutes from the time it was requested. If you don't enter the code within the 30 minute window, you must request a new code.

Your new password must be 6-characters or more. You must change your password to gain access into your account. For security reasons, you must change your password within 15 minutes of being prompted or you'll have to start the process again.
