How does the Chic Beauty Box Waitlist work?
The Waitlist is opened when we don't have enough boxes to fulfill the demand. When you are placed on the Waitlist, you'll not be charged. The status of the order on your account should read "waitlisted". For the next iteration of boxes, we'll attempt to bill and remove people from the Waitlist primarily in the order that they joined. If we attempt to bill you, and payment fails, we'll send you an email notifying you of the issue and give you a chance to update your payment method. You may be removed completely from the Waitlist if attempts to bill you fails more than 3 times.
