How do I update my address?

To add a new address or update an existing address on your account, please do the following:

Add a new address

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. From your account dashboard, click "Address Book".
  3. Click "Add Address".
  4. Enter your address information.
  5. If you want to use the new address as your default shipping address, select "Use as default shipping address".
  6. If you want to use the new address as your default billing address, select "Use as default billing address".
  7. Click "Save Address".

Update an existing address

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. From your account dashboard, click "Address Book".
  3. Find the Address you wish to update.
  4. Click on the edit icon on the Address card.
  5. Update the Address information (if applicable).
  6. If you want to use the new address as your default shipping address, select "Use as default shipping address".
  7. If you want to use the new address as your default billing address, select "Use as default billing address".
  8. Click "Save Address".
Your default shipping address is used for your subscriptions and not the latest address added to your account. You must explicitly select "Use as default shipping address" if you want to receive your boxes in the new or updated address.
