How do I contact Support?
The best way to contact us is by using our
help desk. From there, you can
create a ticket and one of our agents would get back to you. Before you create a ticket, you should search our
Knowledge Base to make sure your question hasn't already been answered.
Most common issues should already be addressed in the Knowledge base, but if you feel that someone else would benefit from the response to your ticket, it is sometimes better to
ask a question in the Community Forums.
We also offer support on our Instagram and through email at
support@chicbeautybox.com. However, it is strongly advised that you contact us by submitting a ticket for timely responses and proper issue tracking.
Chic Beauty Box responds to every message based on time of receipt, and implicit or explicit priority. Creating multiple tickets for the same issue would not yield a faster response. If you haven't received a response, try checking your spam folder(s).
