To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. From your account dashboard, click "Subscriptions".
  3. Find the subscription you wish to cancel from the list.
  4. Click "Manage Subscription".
  5. Click "Cancel" on the Subscription Detail page.
  6. Confirm the cancellation by providing your password.
  7. Your subscription status should now say "canceled".
  8. Check your email for a cancellation confirmation.

Subscription renewals take place on the 1st of the billing month starting at 12 a.m. ET. To prevent an unwanted renewal, be sure to cancel your subscription by 11:59 p.m. ET before the 1st of the new period.

If you would like us to cancel your subscription on your behalf, please contact us by the 25th of the month prior to the new period to give us enough time to get to your inquiry.

Pre-paid subscribers: If you cancel your pre-paid subscription, you will receive the boxes that you prepaid. However, your subscription will not automatically renew for another term once your existing term is complete. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
